Who we are

The Livingston County First Responders Benevolent Fund is a 501(c)(3) non profit dedicated to providing support for local emergency first responders and their families who are injured, sick, disabled, handicapped or deceased when insurance benefits are not enough. Throughout the year we host several events and coordinate with other organizations to increase awareness of the needs of emergency first responders.

Our board is comprised of all disciplines of local police, fire, EMS, and 911 as well as civilian representatives.

Each year we host two main events, The Annual Gala and Silent Auction held the first Friday of every March and a Golf Outing held during July. Our Annual Gala provides guests with an opportunity to dine, drink and dance with friends while raising money for a wonderful cause. Our annual golf outing was started by the Livingston County Deputy Sheriff Benevolent Society and continues to be a great success year after year. With out the support of our local businesses and generous donors none of our work would be possible.

We are currently seeking sponsors and donors to help support our 2020 Annual Gala and Silent Auction. Becoming a sponsor provides a great opportunity to promote your business while also helping those in need. If you are interested in donating, but don’t meet the designated Sponsorship Levels, we still need your help. We are seeking event sponsors, monetary donations, and merchandise or services that your business may be willing to donate. We accept donations of all shapes and sizes including gift cards or gift certificates, specialized merchandise and/or services including rounds of golf, vacation packages, massages, spa days, salon treatments and more.
